progressing slowly!....did not need to go to hospital for further testing...so went trekking 51kms over 2 days! fantastic sunny weather and a great group...today recovery and being a public holiday was relaxed :)
133.2 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
