Restarting diet

goal 187 first then 180 ( close to nl BMI 178)
fit size 34 easily

no cake or chocolate, no wheat or diary
lot of veggies daily
decrease portions and never second portion
avoid night snacking, so eat small snack at 4 pm then dinner at 6-7 pm and then none except veggies

get my sleep 7-8 hours /day, meditate or guided imagery daily, allow fun with Solveig

send weekly measurement to Jorge

30-60 minute exercise daily
