I gained over a LB after consuming 2324 Kcal's yesterday. I had tried to keep my calories below 1300 all day, then binged on jalepeno chips I had intentionally bought for my son. We had come home from a memorial hungry, where I saw Bohdan eating chips, which initiated the craving. I talked myself into opening the bag to have a handful because he had picked out another bag from the store, and so I thought he wouldn't care if he didn't open it. After I had a serving, I put the bag away and made dinner. Then I began to crave it again after 9pm, when I usually get ready for bed, but Bohdan wanted to stay up, and I nearly ate the rest of the bag. That, and I ate a brownie left over from a bake sale that Don and Bohdan turned down after I offered them earlier. After realizing all that I had eaten, I purged chocolate liquid and about a cup of partially digested chips. Purging is not a habit of mine, nor do I want to make it one,.but I've done it after binges that occur every few months. I could have avoided it by telling Bohdan he can only have 1 bag of chips, and put the one I liked back on the shelf on the other side of the store. I could have told myself "no" late at night because I had already consumed over 1200 calories, and got myself, if not Bohdan ready for bed instead, praying for the craving to be taken away if I have to. So many things I think of in hind sight, yet I don't do at the moment.

I also think that 1200 calorie limit is easier to obtain if I eat mostly vegetables in my meals, and allowing 1 carb and protein, and adding a little unsaturated fat to make vegetables and fruit more appetizing, if I must.
225.4 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
