This is what I weighed after consuming 1493 calories, much of it was salty foods I craved, which were pringles. I also did heavy weight training (8-12 reps upper, 36 reps lwr), grocery shopping, and walking in the park with some hills.
I'm looking back on my reports, and it appears that I GAIN weight after averaging over 1700 calories, MAINTAIN with 1400-1500 calories, so I should aim for 1200-1300 to LOSE weight.
