OK, no excuses. I have been eating with no thought to what it would do to me. So today is the wake up call I have needed. I have gained 1/2 my weight back...cant do that. Worked too hard!! So no more excuses..juat do it!!
210.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 60.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
