Another week - another pound lost. At this rate by this time next year I'll be skinny!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1327 kcal Fat: 98.82g | Prot: 78.09g | Carb: 35.84g.   Breakfast: water, lemon, egg, sweetener, brewed coffee, cream, sweetener, brewed coffee, cream. Lunch: water, avacado, baby greens, carrot, red cabbage, blue & Roquefort cheese salad dressing, lettuce. Dinner: sour cream, chicken breast, sausage, cauliflower, butter, olive oil, spaghetti squash, Sauce. Snacks/Other: almonds, Whipping Cream, strawberries, water. more...

Go you! I am also quite happy for little by little, as long as over a month you can see a drop (any amount) I'm happy.
