Looks like I'm losing the water retention and getting back to my 'normal' body composition.... Still on antibiotics and not exercising....today I will have diagnosis if I need further testing...looks like I picked up an infection/allergy from Rio so taking antibiotics and Xylan which are knocking me out! hoping I don't need to go to hospital tomorrow so I can get back to my life again...Tan slowly fading away but still looks darned good next to whitewash 'exam' teenagers' faces at home :)!
134.3 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
