I'm amazed I had a loss because I was over on carbs. I've learned I woefully under guesstimated the portions and nutritional content of what I was eating. The food diary here is a huge help.
337.5 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
