Rats!! up .8 of a pound today. I've been watching what I eat and logging more this past week, I'm pretty sure that .8 will come off really soon. My boyfriend and I have been discussing a pact to lose 10 pounds (each of us) by June or July. We're going to talk about it further, but I think it will be a good motivator, but we have to decide what will be the reward--I'm having trouble thinking of things though...maybe a weekend trip somewhere. Normally for other things we would treat ourselves to a nice dinner out, but can't this time that would be counterproductive! will update later.
130.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hey Sara how are you!? I haven't talked to you in forever(seems like) thanks for the info on my journal... i uh actually hate reading through instructions but will have to give it a try when I have time. You being up a pound is fine, its not much and we all have to fluctuate... think of it as a break to your plateau (if you were really on one). The incentive sounds like a really great plan! How about trying something new? I am sure you will come up with something very motivatin! xo
