Not entirely sure why I'm up this morning, but oh well.

Really excited to start phase 2 of P90X next week. The recovery week is perhaps my least favorite part of the workout. I honestly think Core Synergistics works me over harder than Plyometrics does.

Ready to start mixing up the workouts, w00t!
182.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
