Haven't weighed in here in awhile. During the Christmas season I kind of let myself go, and I gained quite a bit of weight. I went down to 142 after my last weigh in, but then since about October I've been gaining weight, and am not 12 lbs heavier. I am really not feeling good about myself now and my boyfriend has told me that he would like me to lose some weight because he is not attracted to the way I look right now. That was a serious wake up call today! So I am really trying to find a good way to get back into the habit of eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
