Boy do I have problems accepting no weight loss daily. I know I should be looing at the weekly weights only but I cannot stay off the scale. I am sure I will continue to lose but it can be very fruserating.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
