Had an alarm malfunction again this morning, going to have to do Stretch X after work.

Also, is it weird that I can sense whether or not my weight will be up or down before I step on the scale in the morning? I'd say a good 90% of the time I can tell if I'm going to be down or up.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
