So this past week has been interesting. When I first saw that someone had posted an upcoming emotional eating challenge I thought I know that can be a big struggle for a lot of people. I know I've struggled with it myself, but I thought I was beyond that. This past week seems to have been aimed at proving me wrong, and quite successfully too. I've been gorging myself more out of boredom and self pity. It's been hard at home with about half the household sick. Things are especially hard when my hubby is under the weather as there just seems to be this big void in his absence. Whether because of that or other reasons I know that depression has been wrecking more havoc for me and it has aggravated my GI issues. I am pretty sure that I am very dehydrated and that is why the scale has only gone up a little less than a pound in the past 10ish days. I am trying to reign things in. I think I've been doing successively better these last three days, but I am still not doing great. Yet it's a new day, new start, so again time to put my head to the grindstone.
143.3 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Being aware is most of the battle, it's hard when people are sick, my husband has chronic pain so I know! Emotions! yikes. Try pushing the water today, just go chug a big glass and you will probably start feeling better right away! hang in there, this to shall pass!
