Sometimes you just have to start. Once you do, you can keep going.

I feel the same way about it. It's easiest to keep it a habit. Lol

Yup. I have fallen off the exercise wagon as well. It started with taking a night off and now it's been a week. Too cold. Too tired. Too late at night. Gym too crowded. Ugh. I am going tonight. You have inspired me...If you do it....I'll do it!

You're definitely right on that Skwhite! Even when you don't feel like it, you definitely feel much better after you exercise maybe ruling out, perhaps, extreme cases of tiredness or something like that. :)

Definitely iamachristianjesusfreak! Tomorrow I will resume the routine. Today it wasn't very practical heheh ;)

Exactly Tidygirl, all it takes is one day to fall off the wagon. One has to be particularly careful to resume the routine after missing on one day apparently! :)

Thanks wholefood nut. Today I think that, between inconvenience and being undecided between weight training and cycling, the time just went by lol. tomorrow I will start with cycling just to get the metabolism going :)

Euheide, exercise does amazing things. I did easy on mine today had to force myself this morning as my body hurt all over, after 5 minutes walking the pain started melting, only had 15 minutes before I had to go to work. did not go to the gym but walked 30 more minutes on my gazelle after work helped the pain will be able to sleep with no drugs. i'm trying to alternate days of strength training with a bit of warm up cardio and a strictly cardio day.

I totally agree Wholefoodnut! I often have that same experience. I definitely agree that exercise definitely suppresses pain at least to a point :) That looks like a great plan to me. I am on the verge of restarting weight training and I will probably do like 2 sessions at week at most since I take some time to recover. I will probably start with light weights just to get the routine and up the weight in the next sessions :)

My internet connection just had some kind of seizure lol but it came back pretty fast compared to usual ones. :)

I started in Sept going 4 days a week. Found I needed to have time in between and had forgotten that. Also in reading more on exercise again at least a day between is good. I was doing twice a week for several months. New gym with hours that work better I'm trying for every other for a while. I know that will change once it's garden weather again.

oops, Wholefoodnut I'm going very slowly notification to notification that's why I missed your entry heheh. Yeah, recovery is definitely important. And the older you are, the more time you'll need to recover. I'm in my thirties so I don't recover as fast as I did when I was twenty heheh. So now you're still working out twice a week? Many people will work out one or two muscle groups each day and use this strategy to work out 5 days a week but I've never tried that. :)

Ok. So inspired and encouraged by everyone here that I have worked out two nights in a row...and yes I feel much better. I've been getting home late and it's been cold...but still have managed to squeeze in 45 minutes last night and tonight... Better than nothing.

I'm looking at the notifications as they come up that's how I missed your entry until now Tidygirl! :) Sorry for that. I know right? It's a great feeling to be in an exercise routine! Just don't push it because you may create fatigue. One of the reasons I work out at home is the fact that hate cold lol.
