Well after a weekend of camping, surfing, & over indulgences I'm happy to say I'm weighing in still @ 206. Sunday when I got home from my trip I was 212. Yesterday morning I weighed in at 205.8. I'm satisfied with that. Back in the saddle now & shooting for a drop next week when I weigh in.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
