Kenpo X this morning, and my coordination was so bad you'd think I was suffering from an inner-ear infection... lol
Either way, did good, feels good, but I want to get back into the weight training.
Decided to up my calorie intake to 1870 calories/day instead of the 1500 I was doing. I think 1500 was too low to shed fat properly.
