Core Synergistics this morning. It wasn't bad, but for some reason I had it in my head since this was recovery week it would be an easier workout. Nope.

Still, wasn't too bad, the biggest plus is there wasn't 15 minutes of Ab Ripper X at the end, which makes the workout one of the shortest.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
