I put on 6 pounds since last April. Shame on me. I tell myself "Oh, I'm 75 so what does it matter?" Well, it does matter. I hate the fat around the midriff. Today I started on sugarbusters. I put all the chips, cookies and other unacceptable food in a bag and gave it away. Hopefully, I can keep it up. My problem is that I love bread. I don't eat white bread, but I do eat too much bread.
