Yes, only one pound. But don't lose heart I tell myself. Two weeks of doing really well, just keep going! Don't listen to a dumb old scale. Listen to your body...

164.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'd be really happy if I was losing just one pound. :) But yes, just keep going. I will too. You and I are doing the same thing, bouncing up and down @ 165.
