Lost 3 lbs this week not to shabby. I am still having to do a lot of self talk about boredom eating. It is such a habit. I am not doing it but I still think about it. Maybe that will never go away. I always said I just want to be normal and not have to worry about food. But I can see from this site there are a lot of people that worry about food. I am glad I have support and someone who understands. Have a great Sunday.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Not too shabby at all!!! I've been wanting to "stray" here lately too ... not too sure what that is all about but I'll get through it. You are quickly approaching 40 lbs lost. That is so awesome. We will continue to step along our respective sides of the mountain and continue on our journey. You are doing well ... I am proud of you!!
