OMG i managed to stay focused the whole week I was off only cheating at the braai on sat!!!!! I'm feeling great!
185.6 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

907 kcal Fat: 43.48g | Prot: 37.27g | Carb: 87.35g.   Breakfast: Equisweet Sweetener, Toasted White Bread, Country Spread Medium Fat, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk). Lunch: Stick, Tea with Skimmed Milk, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sliced Ham, Tomatoes, White Bread. Dinner: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Tangy Mayo Potato Salad, Carrot Pineapple Salad, Sandwich Ham. more...
