4 day
Great resolve this morning. Plan on drinking my water. Going to the gym this morning. The tanning and gym are right around the corner from one another. My plan is to be back at the house by noon w all goals and errands accomplished. Need the car washed too and that's just up the street from gym so it all works for me. It's 7 degrees. I do not want that to deter me from going out.

Going to do leg strengthening (prepping for knee surgery)and some upper arm reduction. Heredity and my weight makes for big flabby biceps.
My sister and I are in a supportive challenge together. She also wants to lose 25 lbs and or be in a comfy size 8 or 6.

I'm not missing the chips, already liking the healthier eating. Do think about chocolate. I think more how I want to be done on the lose weight mode and be in maintain mode. That's helping a lot.
I have plenty of fresh veggies to support my diet. Quit drinking diet sodas so I'm looking for other things to drink.
My family is very supportive. ;D

Excited to be in the 150's once again. I'm there by a 4oz margin so I got to stay w this for results. I took a 4 view selfie which I'll print and be for my own motivation. Will do another 4 view selfie weekly. (If I don't I may slack).

Here's to our success!

I know this has nothing to do with weight loss but you really shouldn't wash your car when it's under 32 degrees outside.....it'll freeze and could effect it running especially when it's only 7 degrees out! Just a word of advice! On another note you're doing great! What is your favorite healthy option for snacking?

Thanks for the car wash tip. It won't be above 32 for a week or more. My car is new and has salt all over it from the roads. I think I'll wash it on the way home from my errands then it's stored in the garage at ~ 45 degrees. I'm only 5 minutes away from home so hopefully. ;D My favorite snack is jello snack pack sugar free w a lil heavy crème (just enough to coat the jello. I'll cut it up while in the bowl then splash the crème. not over one tablespoon. I'm following Atkins/modified (until I stop losing then I'll follow more strictly. I hate wasting food, and have a few things to eat (healthy but not on Atkins like my orange this morning) before they go bad. I also like slicing fresh mushrooms ultra thin and cheddar ultra thin. Sort of make mini sandwiches. ;D Thanks!! to our success!

That's a good idea! I love jello! I could not do the Atkins diet, my Dad followed it for years and never lost a lb. It really depends on your body type for that diet I think. And I don't feel healthy on that diet. But here's to you! I hope you have better luck! I'm having an apple and peanut butter now! So good! And it defintely curbs my chocolate cravings! I think storing your car in the garage will definitely help with the car not freezing over. My car is so bad off right now...meaning it looks horrible! But, no use for me to wash it since I have to park outside every day and night and at work :( Good luck to you!

I agree w Atkins and the body type. I respond very well, always had, then discovered I'm celiac (no gluten). Seemed to make sense. It ended up snowing like crazy when leaving the gym so I went straight home w no cat washing. Apple sounds good, I have a few of those that need to be eaten too! I am going to look up a few snack recipes from Atkins. If I recall they had a killer cocoa one. The jello was from Atkins too. When I do Atkins, I stay on it for a couple of mos at a time. I start missing fruits, etc. Stay healthy, warm and nice chatting!
