I am trying to sell my car before I go to Rio on Friday and yesterday i got a call. Sounded very interested. I look for the spare key this morning and it is nowhere to be found. After loads of stressful eating my way and looking for it, I stopped for a coffee in the kitchen....looked up and so a crockpot ahead of me...looked in it and voila!It was there. Now just stopped to calm myself down, stop eating and plan the rest of my food for the day... hope not too much damage done, but definitely I consumed A LOT of sugar!so much for my plan this morning to consume only as much as my cals burn indicator on my fuel band. Oh well, let me just face the facts and log in my food diary. Now i hope this guy turns up and buys the car!
129.2 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you only want to consume as much as you use, then I suggest you start moving to use up the extra calories.

It's probably the type of exercise i'm doing which is not burning enough. The run/walk early morning gives me the most burn,not the pushups or gym weights or swim. I need to look at my workouts to burn more in less time!

Love the Jillian Michaels DVDs...30 minutes of fat burning. Maybe try one.

I am surprised that you are not burning lots swimming. When I do laps, I burn as much as when I do my interval training.

It takes me a long time to break into a sweat, if i do!...I keep blaming my low metabolism..no matter how much effort I put in.

I love stress eating! When else can you down a couple dozen candy bars without giving it a thought?

Not everyone sweats buckets like me. The amount you sweat is not necessarily a good indicator of how much you burn or how hard you are working. Your heart rate and how easy or hard you are breathing are better indicators.
