I was a little disappointed to see my weight go up so much in one day. I know my scale isn't the best, but it's usually close. now that I am going to start tracking my calories I should be able to see what I am doing wrong.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Studies show people who track lose more weight than those who don't. It can be a great tool to show you if we need more protein, less sodium, etc. Many things effect the scale such as sodium, exercise, inflammation, medications, sickness, etc. Our water weight fluctuates all day long. But tracking can help. Good luck!
