I did really good yesterday, I gave up the fried ice cream. I am so proud of myself and I did my 10mins of yoga and I did do some type of cardio. I am losing slowly but thats good, I don't want to lose it to fast and then fall of the wagon and get right back up to where I am now. i will get there and i will do it my way.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
