Hmmmm went up yesterday's high fat, high carb meal so hoping to put things right back...easier when you're at work than in the kitchen!Food tasting is my worst enemy, trying not to lick my fingers or sampling for added seasoning! Enjoyed my run/walk as I noticed that i get more fuel points than just walking....actually i burn more fat on this exercise than swimming or zumba so far...will have to check how much i burn in the dumbell power class tomorrow but will definitely keep run/walk first thing am on the agenda until my foot is okay!
128.7 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went up yesterday too after that wonderful meal - but took control and am back down. Gosh you work out a lot! Good for you!

I am also up today but am determined to get back on track today. If it wasn't 31 degrees with a 7 degree windchill I would go for a run today as well. Go for one for me!
