Had a lovely morning trekking along the coast and then a delightful lunch followed by cake for my birthday! Hope this does not undo the weight loss for this week!
128.3 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
