Good Morning All! It is going to be a good day today. I finally dropped another pound. It has slowed down and I am trying to look at how I feel instead of what I weigh. It is a difficult process as my daughter will tell you. Painful sometimes but a lesson worth losing if I am to be successful at this.
216.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Ah ... what was the statement from the movie last night? The Joy is in the Journey not the Destination. Let's soak up the joy of our respective journeys ... and enjoy each moment!!! I am so pleased your plateau broke ... I know how frustrated you were!!
