Shocked at the scales. Getting back on track today. Decided the 100 carbs was too restrictive to stick to for me, so I am going to try 150 and see how I feel. I do not like feeling hungry every hour or two. I am also hoping that allowing myself a 2 pm treat of ....cheezits will help the mindless search and eats. Good luck to everyone. We can do this. When we fail, we just need to try again. And remember God gives do-overs!

Aw, don't worry right now about the carbs. Just keep an eye on your total calories, try to eat more protein and veggies, less noodles sugary stuff, and potatoes. That will help on the carb number. There are good carbs in your veggies, (fiber) so don't worry there. I still eat potato chips and cheese its and cheese nips on ocassion. I just make sure I eat the recommended portion, and I eat it slow so I can enjoy it more!!! I just had a round with Little Caesars deep deep dish pizza last night...and wow...did I explode my daily intake!!! It takes a little time, so stick to it!! You will be ok!!

Thanks for the encouragement. I am doing much better since I've gotten back to tracking intake & exercise. I ate 1/3 snack bag of cheezits and was satisfied! Hallelujah! Last night at church the sermon was about Fresh Starts. The way I yo yo dieted for years has made keeping to a healthy lifestyle more difficult; however, I will keep trying! Thanks again! And way to go on all your weight loss. Awesome!
