Today I reached the 10 lb mark. i worked hard this week and we only had 1 party on Saturday, so I had a week to work off any extra calories from that night.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 194.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
