Ughhhhh,

Did so good all day. Friends house for dinner, did great at dinner then caved with 2 brownies and apple pie. Feel so gross. Back on track today.
139.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
