2014DoingMe's Journal, 16 January 2014

So, I lost ten pounds in 2 weeks and 2 days. Hmm!!! Yea, I know I was suppose to stay off the scales but they some how found their way in my hands and back inside my house. They tricked me into it :-).

So, I'm happy I lost this amount. But I still have a long way to go. Going to sit down tonight and plan something out better for me. So, I am going to put the scales back in the car now that I see I am actually indeed losing. Hey maybe a few inches have been lost that are not accounted for in weight. Ha ha, I'm trying to get everything I can.

Good job : ) That's really great . I know sometimes when you look at the total number you wanna lose it seems overwhelming. Go find something in your house that weighs 10 pounds ( 2 5 lb bags of flour ) . And think , I lost this much . Kinda makes you think ITS ALOT. That's ten pounds that your body isn't carrying around all the time. Keep doin what your doin cause its working for you ! ! !

Well done, that is such a loss, fantastic! That must have taken a lot of will power as that is a substantial loss in two weeks. Congratulations again. I have just written in my journal that I can't stop weighing myself every morning, it is the first thing I do. I find it kick starts the diet day to see that the weight is still the same or less, it really is a strong motivator, so my scales will stay in the bathroom used every 24 hours and sometimes even more!
