yesss again! keeping to the same formula and working out..... I will keep control over the weekend though it's my birthday and I hit 51(years not kilos!)Have a good day everyone!
130.1 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
