95% disciplined eating with lots of vegetables during day as snacks. Only weak point is post-dinner rewards. Plenty of exercise as well from stationary bike for 1 hour every other day at 150bpm.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
