Good Morning! It is a beautiful Spring Morning. I just got back from house sitting. On my way home I did a little shopping. I was so happy I could try on clothes and browse without getting exhausted. Now that is an accomplishment. I know I have a long way to go but just this was like a gift. I can really see progress on how I feel. Yahoo!!!! I feel good.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
