I decided to make my goals.
1} stay 1500 or below on calories
2} keep a food log
3} start walking more
4} start riding exercise bike
5} drink 64 fl oz
6} no more than 50 fat grams per a day
441.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 216.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
