I am going to try to eat breakfast every morning, or at least eat a string cheese stick.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You should eat breakfast every morning! It's the best part of your day. Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a Pauper. :)

ditto rdrd1003. You can look through my journals to see proof that I wont lose and I can even gain when I skip breakfasts. I hate eating breakfast, Im not hungry and just have never been a breakfast person. But if I at least take a few bites of something healthy and drink a V8...it makes a huge difference and viola' my weight drops.

Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast, we must eat breakfast. If you are rushed put some cereal and fruit out the night before so you have some fuel in you and it WILL keep you from over eating the rest of the day. Put some fruit with that string cheese. Trust me, I have been where you are.
