YMCA Eastside & Downtown I weight in at 190lbs this morning My home scale I weighted in at this morning 191.2 & it's da weight I'm using 4 my challenge So proud of myself just hope I can make it 2 Feb.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
