Since I started I been counting my cal this wk I'm trying 2 stay within 1000cals day Also been doin 45mins of cardio be4 work & after 30mins of cardio 2day I packed my lunch 4 work
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
