Day two of a much needed pull back on carbs. Probably a fair amount of water weight gain because of all the ham I'm eating too. Give me a few days. I'd love to get below 160 before the 28th, our 2 week challenge. Wish me luck!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
