I need to cut salt and fat and find out what is causing such sluggish digestion.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck! For me it was too many unhealthy carbs. Since I changed to pasta made out of veggies and multigrain pastas I haven't had as much trouble. Try eating more fruits and veggies high in fiber like apples and blueberries.
