Again down!mind you, didn't prepare food for the family so there was no tasting or sampling for the past 2 days...hubby took care of that. Makes a difference! I think i'll just stick to recipes tried and tested and not taste anything and wait for feedback. Difficult but if it helps, something i have to do.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can't do that because I love trying new recipes, since I am doing WW, I just automatically subtract 1 to 2 points from the total I am allowed for tasting during cooking.

Clever! i failed miserably on my intentions this morning! i can't put food on the table without tasting - I like to know what I serve!
