DuManchu's Journal, 03 February 2011

Gave up on the new scales, they just don't give a very good, accurate, or consistent reading. Both of the new scales were fluctuating wildly between 183.5 and 188.0. Old scale registers the same weight 9/10 times. One of the new scales, while telling me I was at 19.8% BF yesterday, now says 24.8% today. Screw that.

Anyway, did Yoga X. I absolutely hate Yoga X. It's way too long and way too repetitive. It's the only P90X workout I absolutely dread doing. They need to release a better version or something.

EDIT: Hey, I'm in the orange now!!! w00t!

Hi, what scale do you have? I want to make sure I don't get the same one. I would like to measure BMI and water, but if its a waste of money I can keep doing what I'm doing.

I've got a Homedics SC-512, it had been working just fine, but for some reason or another it was varying quite a bit today. The other scale is a Taylor and I never could get a good reading on that one. I think the fact it's on vinyl tiles doesn't help. I need to move it to tile or hardwood to get a good reading. I would still recommend a Homedics scale though, my main scale (does weight only) is a Homedics and it's very consistent.
