Still my weight won't budge. Annoying! hoping to kick start that metabolism and see some improved numbers this week as now fully back to work!
135.6 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's amazing how fast it will go on and how slow it comes off. Doesn't seem quite fair does it. You can do this! Just stick with it, it will start going down again. Keep that chin up!

thanks all, turned out to be a rough day and in the evening just felt like having white bread with melted butter and a nice cuppa tea. Had sardines to hit the protein but i must have overshot on the fat and the carbs. Got a msg from Malenk00 to cut down on the carbs so was aiming to do just that today but blew it in the end. Well, i will pick myself up and wait for tomorrow"s weigh in.

Well since May I have put back on the 7lbs lost...starting over today with eating better and started back to the gym saturday and sunday. I can do this...12lbs. off one day at a time!
