Happy New Years Everyone!! I am starting over, after gaining almost 30 of the 43 pounds that I lost last year, I am barry sad but determined, 2nd day of no cheating but I am going bowling so there will be alcohol, I am going to limit myself to one vodka and water with lemon per game, that is much better than my usual 2 beers filled with carbs, I can't whine because I ate everything that was bad for me and blamed it on stress, it was a downward spiral that I allowed myself to get into, now I have 5 months and 26 days until my 50th birthday so I need some major support to lose this weight, I started food detoxing yesterday and am getting past the cravings, I couldn't wait until tomorrow to start when I was so ready so I will just go straight to bed after bowling because even though alcohol slows the process I was losing 1-2 pounds per week with cocktails, luckily this month I can limit the social activities to bowling twice so I won't be tempted to eat when my will power is down, I am prepared for the 6-12 inches of snow that is coming to our Detroit, Michigan area, cheers to everybody staying on track!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm right there with you. Went from a 16 to a 6 and gained it all back within the year. Starting all over this year. I save room in my calorie count for my glass (5 oz) or sometimes 2 of wine--LOL.

Commit to your plan and don't deprive yourself. Food detoxing is a great way to start! Let's hit ONEDERLAND!
