Happy Easter! Feeling good about myself today. Isn't it strange how you can wake up and feel good and other times you wake up FAT? Our minds are our worst enemy. It is the thinking I need to keep under control.
218.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
