My numbers are going in the wrong direction!! Too much sugar and white flour to express all its incarnations. Wake up call has occurred. Thanks for your concern.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
