Yesterday I was down 2 lbs. Today only 1/2 a lb. Darn Body. Hopefully I can make it up next week. :(

On the bright side, my old back-of-the-closet shirt looks great on me today.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
