I actually didn't weight myself when I first started and just put "250". I was actually "254". This signifies a 3 lb loss! This is great!
I was so worried the other day I was actually gaining weight. I had seen myself at 256 on one day. It looks like I'm back to retaining fluids again. Haven't been going to the bathroom as often either...hmm...this tends to happen when I am dieting.
